OBITUARY:

Bell Bowman McManamon was born
in Santa Rosa, Cal., June 22, 1869,
and died at Lacrosse July 13, 1922,
age 53 years and 22 days. She moved
with her parents when 3 years old to
Whitman county and located near
Colfax.
On December 25, 1889, at Pampa, she
was united in marriage to Thomas McManamon,
who died 13 years ago.
She is survived by three children,
Chester A., Raymond E.
and Alice Irene, all of this place, also
four sisters and one brother,
Mrs. Woodward of Sunset,
Mrs. George Gildersleeve of Payette, Idaho;
Mrs. Higgins and Frank Bowman of Seattle,
and Mrs. Alice Gordon of Lacrosse.
Mrs. McManamon has been invalid for 16
years.
Services were held in the Methodist
church at 9:30, Wednesday and the
body was taken to Lind for burial
beside that of her husband.
There were many beautiful floral offerings.
