Survivors include five sons, Norman C. Lewis of Erie, Kenneth G. Lewis of Waterford (Marlene), Jack Lewis of Cranesville (Annette), Robert Lewis of Girard (Diana), and Jerry Lewis of Mount Joy, Clearfield County (Jeannette); four daughters, Judith Vorse of Platea (Ralph), Ruby Loucks (Kenneth), Joyce Nason of Lakeland, Fla., and Dayle Taylor of McKean; two brothers, Donald and Wayne Lewis, both of Edinboro; six sisters, Irene Campbell and Elma Buren, both of California, Velma Baldwin of Lake City, Elsie Huya of Crossingville, Hazel Stuck of Platea and Mary Jane Ball of Gowanda, N.Y.; 27 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
