A devoted member of the Friendship Separate Baptist Church, where she was loved by everyone who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy E. Moran, and two daughters, Gayle Greenlee and Janice Moore.
She is survived by a daughter, Reva Nevitt; four sons, E.H. "Jack", Joe, Landen and Roy Moran; sisters, Ora Compton and Sylvia Davis; a half sister, Celestine Hampton; 17 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren. Christine was a loving and caring person. As a mother, she devoted her life to loving her children and grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at noon Thursday. Burial will be in Louisville Memorial Gardens-West. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Wednesday.
