Philip Alley, Watchman for Utility, Dies at 73
Philip A. Alley, seventy-three years old, a watchman for the street railway company, died at 2:20 o'clock Thursday afternoon at his home, 517 East Concord street. He had lived here thirty-one years. He leaves a son, Orville Alley, of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Will Ide and Mrs. Ed Stark, both of St. Joseph; a sister, Mrs. Nettie Shearer, Winterset, Iowa, and a brother, Frederick Alley, St. Louis. The body is at H. O. Sidenfaden's mortuary.
