He passed away at the age of 92, and had been a resident of Bloomfield Hills. He had also lived in Crystal River, Florida. Dear husband of Frances and the late Helen Ward Booth. Beloved father of Hollis (Lon) Radin, Jeff, Allan (Debbie), Renee (David) Borek, and the late Miles. Dear grandfather of ten, and of ten great grandchildren. He will also be dearly missed by his stepchildren, Kimberly (Carl) Fuhs, Pamela (James) Ledgley, Cynthia (Kevin) Nicolay and Richard (Sherry) Poling. And by his nine step grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. He served his country during the Korean War, with the U.S. Coast Guard. He worked for Ford Tractor for 40 years. He belonged to Christ Church Cranbrook, and St. Thomas More Catholic Church. His grandfather built Cranbrook School, he was a 1947 alumni. In 1950 he graduated from Lawrence a Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1947 he started the Lipsico Lakeshore Railroad. His memorial service was held at Christ Church Cranbrook. Arrangements by Cremation Society of Michigan.
