When Ralph Franklin Moore was born on February 25, 1964, in Utah, his father, Ralph, was 25 and his mother, Diane, was 20. When he was a young boy, Ralph's aunt (Patricia Ruth Moore) and her husband (Donald Lee Moore) adopted Ralph and his three surviving siblings; Franklin K., Ellen LeeAnn, & Crystal. He had one daughter (Justine Star Moore) with Randy Rae Williams in 1983. He died as a young father on December 4, 1997, in Las Vegas, Nevada, at the age of 33.
