Internment will take place in Rock Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Fortenberry was a Switchboard Operator for Hattiesburg Clinic for twenty-one years. She was a member of Rock Hill Baptist Church.
Mrs. Fortenberry is preceded in death by her father, Willis Herman Clark; a sister, Diane; a brother, Buddy, and a son, Chad Michael Fortenberry.
She is survived by her husband Terrell Fortenberry of Sumrall; her mother, Wilbur Dee Rogers Clark of Sumrall; one son, Micah (Brittany) Fortenberry of Sumrall; one daughter, Dr. Kristen (Taylor) Fortenberry Ramey of Purvis; one sister, Shelia (Farron) Nightingale of St. Louis, MO; one brother, Steve (Lisa) Clark of Sumrall, and two grandsons, John Case Fortenberry, and Beau Clark Fortenberry.
