JoEllen loved watching movies and listening to music. She loved her children and grandchildren. She was a mom to everyone and an amazing woman.
She is preceded in death by her father, David Edwards and husband, Doug Collier.
Survivors include her mother, Barbara Edwards of Springdale, five sons, James Stout and wife Sahra of Springdale, Joseph Stout of Springdale, David Stout of Springdale, Tommy Collier of Springdale, and Nickalas Collier of Springdale, four daughters, Karrie Stout of Springdale, Kendra Apon and husband Jordan of Springdale, Kayla Collier and husband Nathan of Springdale, and Krysta Collier of Springdale, her brother James Edwards of Gravette, and sister Peggy Humphrey and husband Jon of Springdale.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Bluff Cemetery in Springdale. Visitation will be Saturday, January 4, 2020 from 12 to 1:30 PM.She was the best mom in the world to all of her 9 children and she loved her momma and daddy very much she was so proud of us all and I, kendra her 5th child love and miss her more than anything in the world I love u so much mom your the best rip mom
