He was born in Clay City township on Dec. 28, 1865, and had spent his entire life in that community.
His wife, Mrs. Sally B. Tetrick, passed away on March 31, 1945. He is survived by one son, and three daughters. They are Samuel O. Tetrick and Mrs. Josephine Wilson of Clay City, Mrs. Minda Robards of Noble, and Mrs. Minnie Sebright of Sumner. One brother, George H. Tetrick, of Cisne, one one sister, Mrs. Ella Stacer of St. Louis, MO, also survive. There are ten grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
The body was removed from Schaub Funeral Home Monday and services were held Tuesday with Rev. James Irby in charge.
Interment at the Wells cemetery in Wayne county.
