Anita Louise Hidalgo, age 72, of Lindale, Texas passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2019. Anita was born April 29, 1947 in Longview, Texas to Eunice Marie Buie-Arnold and Earl Edgar Arnold.
Anita was an avid animal lover. She enjoyed fishing, being in the country and sitting on the porch, looking over her pasture with her dog, Cocoa. Anita and Robert were high school sweethearts, as their love grew on August 14, 1965 in Longview, Texas, they said their vows and were inseparable ever since. She worked for Ad-Gifts Co. in Tyler, Texas for 25 years, until leaving to tend to her precious grandbabies, that she loved very much. Now that Anita has reunited with Robert, they can be together forever.
Anita is survived by her son James Sean Hidalgo; daughter Michelle Denise (Tony) Hukill; brothers-in-law Stephen Hidalgo, John (Loylan) Hidalgo, and Anthony Hidalgo; grandchildren Sean Casey Hidalgo, Bailey Colton Hukill, MaKenzie Paige Hidalgo, Mallory Morgan Hukill, Braeden James Hidalgo, and Luke Austin Hidalgo; great-grandchildren Kaden Hidalgo and Bennett Hidalgo; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Anita is preceded in death by her loving husband of 42 years, Robert James Hidalgo.
