Son of Taylor and Lizzie Shool Anchors (should be Snowden Taylor and Elizabeth Schull Anchors), he was married, and oil well pumper, lived in Parker Twp, Butler Co, PA, died there of heart failure due to arteriosclerosis, per death certificate 53146, whose informant was Mrs. Mary Anchors of Parkers Landing. Buried May 24 1911.

The Butler Citizen, Saturday, May 27 1911:
Andrew Anchors, aged 68, died Monday, May 22, at his home in Parker township, following an illness of from stomach trouble. He was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church of Parker and had been for many years engaged in the oil business, running a lease in Parker township. He is survives by his wife, a daughter in the west, and a son. The funeral took place Wednesday at Parker.
