Mr. Bobby Joe Slayton, age 62 of Mineola, passed away on Wednesday, December 25th, 2019 in Tyler. He was born on July 25th, 1957 in Gladewater, Texas to the late Joe Slayton and Lois Hicks Slayton.
Bobby was a retired truck driver and lifetime resident of Mineola.
He was preceded in death by his father Joe Slayton and is survived by his mother, Lois Slayton; son, Joshua Slayton and his fiance Elizabeth of Tyler; daughters, Damita Williams of Mineola and Destiny Slayton of Emory along with five grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held on Monday, December 30th, 2019 at Hawkins City Cemetery at 2:00 pm, Donald Masters conducting.
