Services for Arnold H. Johnson, 70, of Angelina County, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Maxine Wiggins and Bro. Jimmy Thornton officiating. Interment will be in the Berry Cemetery.

Masonic graveside services will be held under the auspices of the Lufkin Masonic Lodge No. 669 AF & AM.

Mr. Johnson was born in Angelina and lived here all of his life. He was a member of the Clawson Assembly of God, of the Lufkin Masonic Lodge No. 669 AF & AM of the Scottish Rite Temple in Houston, and the Arabian Temple in Houston.

Survivors include ..
- Wife: Juanita Johnson
- Sons & daughter-in-laws: A. J. and Annette Johnson of Houston and Edward "Eddie" and Darlene Johnson of Lufkin
- Daughters and sons-in-law: Reba and John Blackburn of DeKalb and Yvonne and Elmer McDonald of Lampe, Missouri
- Mother, Mae Johnson of Lufkin
- 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren
- Nephew: Marvin Lee Whiner
- Sister-in-law: Ann Tymers of Huntington

Masons will serve as pallbearers.
