Anna Mae Buker

Anna Mae Buker, 94, of Murray, Ky., died Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012, at Spring Creek Health Care.

Mrs. Buker was born Nov. 14, 1917, in Searfield, Ind. She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Allen Arney Jr.; her parents, Aden and Grace Sigman Nordyke; two sons, Robert Allen Arney and Douglas Brent Arney; three brothers, Aden Jr., Carl, and Roy Nordyke; and one sister, Almyria Nordyke.

She is survived by two children, Almyria Parker and husband, Raymond C. Jr., of New Concord and Walter Allen Arney III and wife, Dorothy, of Oceanside, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Burial will take place at Portland Memorial Cemetery, Portland Ore. There will be no public services.
