Mrs. Benjamin Schultz.
Died.--At her home, Disco, Ill., Monday, March 5, 1900, Mrs. Benj. Shultz, aged 54 years, 11 months and 5 days.
Deceased was born at Lewiston [sic], Ill[.] March 31, 1845. She was wedded first to J. Hollingsworth, afterwards, to Alexis Freeland and December 22, 1897, to Benj. Shultz. She was converted and gave her heart to Christ when 19 years of age under the preaching of Evangelist Colt end [sic] united with the Methodist Episcopal church of Warsaw Ill. and ever lived a consistent member till her death. In Feb 1897, she united with the Methodist Protestant church at Disco Under Father Ward's ministry. Deceased leaves two children by former marriages, Edward Hollingsworth, of Georgetown, Colorodo [sic], and Mrs. Bessie Shutwell, of Disco; also father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. David Shrier and two brothers, three sisters and husband to mourn the loss of a noble woman. The funeral services were held at Disco, Thursday last, at 10 o'clock a. m., the friends and bereaved relatives accompanying the remains to this city where the interment took place.
