Passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2019, at his home. Age 76 years.
The son of the late Meta Marie (Wegner) and Fred Goodeman was born February 11, 1943 in Saginaw, Michigan. He was a graduate of Saginaw High School and attended Central Michigan University. He was employed in Skilled Trades by General Motors, Saginaw Steering Gear, retiring with 41.6 years of service. He was an avid outdoorsman and gardener, and enjoyed the Arts, particularly paintings and bronze sculpture. He was known for his sense of humor.
Surviving are two brothers and their wives, David and Janet Goodeman; Gary and Ellen Goodeman; a nephew and niece, Mark Goodeman and Christine Goodeman; a great niece, Amber Goodeman; a special cousin, Rodney Romain II (The Kid) and his wife, Cori. A niece, Amy Goodeman and a special friend, Ruth Meyer have predeceased him.
The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 6, 2019, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Saginaw. Rev. Ronald L. Sinclair will officiate with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel from 3:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday and from 10:00 a.m. Friday until the time of the funeral service.
