Virginia Faye Belcher Stafford, 81, of Plattsburg, NY, formerly of Fanrock, WV went home to be with the
Lord on Friday October 4, 2019 at her sons home. She was born on June 26, 1938 in Cyclone, WV, a
daughter of the late Robert Lee and Roxie Aliff Belcher. In addition to her parents she was preceded in
death by her loving husband William David Stafford and five brothers Bob, Joe, Fred, Clarence and Clyde,
she was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survivors include her three sons Dickie Brown
and wife Carol of New York, Greg Brown and wife Janel of Florida and Jerry Brown and wife Carmie of
North Carolina; two grandchildren Scott Clausen and wife Anika and Nick Brown and wife Nicole; four
great grandchildren Scotty Clausen, Jr., Noah Clausen, Gabe Clausen and Alexis Brown; and a host of
other loving family and friends. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time. The family is being
