She was preceded in death by her parents: John Stewart and Susannah Holbrook Stewart; her husband, Raymond James Bentley; one brother, Bill Sturgill; one sister, Sonnia Hunsucker.
Survivors include: one son, Raymond James Bentley, Jr. of Mayking, Kentucky; one daughter, Sherry Shepherd (Tim) of Knoxville, Tennessee; one brother, Donald Sturgill (Heather) of Bend, Oregon; one sister, Christine Altman (Charles) of Jacksonville, Florida and by two granddaughters: Hannah Shepherd and Malia Shepherd; along with a host of other family and many friends.
