James W., "JW", Barrow, age 75, of Milton, Florida, passed away, Wednesday, November 20, 2019. He was a native and longtime resident of Laurel Hill, Florida.
JW was a graduate of Laurel Hill High School. He was a retired State employee and Metric Engineering employee with over 45 years of service combined.
JW is preceded in death by his parents, J.T. and Lois Barrow; and his sister, Ellen Miller.
JW is survived by his wife of 42 years, Jennifer Barrow, of Milton, Florida; son, Stacy (Amy) Barrow, of Crestview, Florida; daughter, Tina King, of Milton, Florida; son, Billy (Stacie) Johnson, of Pace, Florida; daughter, Melissa Barrow, of Destin, Florida; thirteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; one sister, Carlene (Tony) Raines, of Centralia, Washington; three brothers, John(Sue) Barrow, of Laurel Hill, Florida; Tim (Debbie) Barrow, of Defuniak, Florida; Duke(Jo) Barrow, of Milton, Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at Berrydale Baptist Church, with Reverend Duke Barrow officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Berrydale Baptist Church Cemetery, with Lewis Funeral Home of Milton directing.
Visitation will be held 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m., prior to the services.
