Funeral services for Reuben Anson Call, 60, were held Monday noon in the Bountiful Fifth-Tenth ward chapel under the direction of Bishop William C. Stacey.

MR. CALL died Feb. 22 at his home 895 N. 2nd W. of a heart attack.

A native of Bountiful, he had been a prominent farmer, and for the past 40 years he was associated with the Growers Market.

PRIOR TO the services, Irvin Call offered the family prayer at the Union Mortuary. Mrs. Mildred Van Uitart and Mrs. Evelyn Parry played prelude and postlude music on the organ and violin.

The invocation was offered by Pres. Henry E. Peterson, after which the Fifth ward Singing Mothers sang "Cast Thy Bread Upon the Waters." Bishop Stacey then made his opening remarks.

Merrill Parkin was the first speaker after which Hyrum Brough and Mrs. Emily Holbrook sang "Beyond the Sunset." Walter Dale Francis, a former missionary companion then spoke.

A musical reading, "I Follow a Noble Father," was given by Beth Crandall, accompanied by Dawn Call, after which Myron O. Bangerter spoke. The closing number, "Not Now, But in the Coming Years," was sung by a men's quartet, Oscar Wood, Carlos Wood, Ralph Wood, and Don Wood. Elmen Bagnell gave the benediction.

BURIAL WAS in the Bountiful Memorial Park where Lewis Call dedicated the grave.

Active e pallbearers were Rulon Call, Steven Call, Donald Neville, Merrill Call, Robert Call, and Grant Call.

HONORARY pallbearers included Dirk Van Uitart, Clifford Chapple, Arthur Newman, Walter Brey, Pres. Henry E. Peterson, Merrill Parkin, Elden Schow, Blaine Mills, Melvin Tingey, Carlos Wood, Elmen Bagnell and Boyden Ostler.

The Fifth ward Relief Society was in charge of flowers.

REUBEN Anson Call was born Aug. 22, 1901, in Bountiful, a son of David Call Sr. and Eliza Dittmore. He was educated in Davis County schools. From 1923 to 1925 he fulfilled a mission to Australia for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He married Edith V. Porter July 21, 1926, in the Manti LDS Temple. She died Jan. 20, 1928. He married Luella Ford, May 28, 1930, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

FOR 15 YEARS he was a member of the 100th Quorum of Seventies, and he was a High Priest in the Bountiful North Stake at the time of his death. He had fulfilled a home mission in addition to his other missionary activity.

Survivors include his widow, Bountiful; three sons and three daughters, Mrs. Gilbert (Beverly) Hill, Bountiful; Mrs. Sherman (Marline) Bennett, Alpine, Utah County; Miss Charlotte Call, Bountiful; Harold F. Call, and Marlow F. Call, both of Bountiful; and Melvin R. Call, Burley, Ida.

Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, six brothers and two sisters, Irvin Call, Henry Call, Milton Call, Wilford Call, and Mrs. Edward (Octavia) Neville, all of Layton; David Call and Lyman Call, Bountiful; and Mrs. Leland (Rachel) Burton, Fielding, Ut.
