Mr. Graser retired from Associated Meat Packers after 25 years. He was also an independent insurance agent.
He was born June 22, 1939, in Portland.
Mr. Graser coached Little League for several years and served in the National Guard. He attended Portland State University.
There will be no service. Davies Cremation and Burial Services was in charge of arrangements.
