She married John Kammermeyer in March 1967 and resided in Burnsville, MN where they raised their 3 daughters. Muriel was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend. She is survived by her daughter Kristen Dougharty (James): grandchildren Stella, Kathleen, Quinn, Devin and Darren Dougharty; daughter Karel Sutherlin: grandson, Jacob Kammermeyer. She is preceded in death by daughter, Karen Kammermeyer. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all. Mass of Christian Burial at the CHURCH OF ST. ALBERT THE GREAT. Burial Pleasant View Memorial Gardens, Burnsville.

The family moved to Fairfax, MN where she graduated from Fairfax High School and attended college in Aberdeen South Dakota. She married John Kammermeyer in March 1967 and resided in Burnsville, MN where they raised their daughters Karen, Kristen and Karel. Muriel was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend. She is survived by her daughter Kristen Dougharty (James): grandchildren Stella, Kathleen, Quinn, Devin and Darren Dougharty; daughter Karel Sutherlin: grandson Jacob Kammermeyer; sisters Rosemary Kappenman, Jeanette Krebs, Marilyn Wendinger (Clarence), Shirley Fitzgerald, Maribeth U'Ren (Lyle), Joleen U'Ren (David); brother Gerald Wolterman (Lorraine); and many nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by daughter Karen Kammermeyer; parents Frank and Theresa Wolterman; brothers Stanley Wolterman and Duane Wolterman; sister Clarice Murphy; brothers-in-law Jim Murphy, Dr. James Kappenman, Jack Krebs, and Jack Fitzgerald; sister-in-law Marie Wolterman. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all.
