She was born March 29, 1956 in Oneonta the daughter of the late Lynn and Gladys (Comstock) Baldwin.
Vickie married Robert Miskell on June 19, 1976 in Oneonta.
She worked for Springbrook in the kitchen for many years.
Vickie is survived by her loving husband, Robert Miskell;
two children, Nichole Griffin and Todd and Emily Miskell;
1 granddaughter, Elaina Anne Miskell;
and her sister, Lynne Graham and her children.
