Esther I Hocker, 70, of Grandview, passed away, Thursday, September 14, 2017 in Fort Worth, Texas. Esther was born September 17, 1946 in Rockdale, Indiana. The daughter of Helen Marie Blades and Carl Theodore Grubbs. She married Thomas C Hocker December 26, 1979 in Rockwall, Texas. Esther worked as a Service Manager in the Recreational Vehicle industry. Esther was preceded in death by her parents and her son Harry Wayne Ricker. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Thomas C Hocker of Grandview; daughter, Joyce Lynn Pack of Grandview; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Brenda J McConnell and her husband Gary of Okeana, Ohio; brother-in-laws, Lonnie P. Hocker and wife Marilynn , Bobby G Hocker and his wife Kathleen of Pennsylvania; sisters-in-laws, Ida Fay Cadell of Mount Pleasant and Emma Lou Allen of Arlington; and numerous nieces and nephews, who loved her dearly.
