Larry D. "Boge" LaCourse, 60, of Bushnell, Ill., passed away at 9:35 a.m. on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at his residence. He was born on June 30, 1959 in Macomb, Ill. to Thomas G. and Patricia J. (Everly) LaCourse. He was preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Jack Mariner; and one brother, Tommy LaCourse. He is survived by five siblings, Jeannie Phillips of Indianapolis, Ind., Debra (Randal) Dockstader of Galesburg, Ill., Tim (Daphne) LaCourse of Bushnell, Ill., David (Starr) LaCourse of Loxley, Ala., Rhonda (John) Warren of Pontiac, Ill.; several nieces and nephews; and special companion, Loki. Larry was a social member of the Bushnell VFW and was on the Bushnell Flag Crew for many years. He was an avid Cubs, Colts, and NASCAR fan, and was a diehard Trump supporter. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and mushroom hunting. He would help anybody who needed it, and never met a stranger. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at the Bushnell Cemetery, with Chuck Eddington officiating. A visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at the Martin-Hollis Funeral Home.
