Betty, age 90, passed away at her home in Coffeyville. She was the daughter of Arthur John and Georgia May (Oneslager) Taylor. She graduated from Field Kindley Memorial High School in 1946. She married Edward Lee Brooks on May 24, 1946, in Coffeyville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her brother, eight sisters, and her daughter, Lelia Polk.
Survivors include her daughters, Laura Robson and Rita Hanna, 8 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at Ford Wulf Bruns Chapel, with burial following in Restlawn Cemetery.
