Julia was born on October 19, 1919 to Julius and Alice (Berry) Harper in San Antonio, Texas. She was united in marriage to Carl Patton on September 27, 1941 in San Antonio. Julia retired after many years of being a dental assistant to be a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carl Patton; 3 sisters.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sister, Barbara Summers of Decatur; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
