Catharine was the wife of Thomas H. Morgan buried in the Moravian Cemetery in Bethlehem, PA. He was the proprietor of the old Eagle Hotel in Bethlehem which is now the Bethlehem Hotel. She was the mother of Anna Morgan, wife of David Wilmot. He was a congressman, judge, the author of the Wilmot Proviso, etc. and Anna is buried beside him.
Catharine was originally buried in the Monument Cemetery in Philadelphia (which is now defunct) with 3 other family members: Thomas H. Morgan d. 1848; Annie Reed b. 1849 d.1861; and, Arabella Howell b. 1822 d. 1882. The remains were all moved to Lawnview Cemetery.
