PEORIA, IL - Mildred "Midge" Rapp, 91, of Pagosa Springs, Colo., grandmother of a Peoria man, died Thursday, June 5, 2008, in Pagosa Springs.
She was born April 20, 1917, in Treemountain, Utah, to Daniel and Kathrine Ackerman.
Midge is survived by her son, Jim Rapp, and grandson, Chris Rapp, both of Pagosa Springs, Colo.; grandson, Jonathan Rapp of Peoria, Ill.; and six great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 16, 2008, at the Twelve Oaks Church in Peoria. Cremation has been accorded.
