He was a native and lifelong resident of Ware County. Harold retired from Pet Dairy after 13 years and the Waycross Fire Department after 9 years.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents, John Leslie Christmas, Sr. and Elizabeth Morgan Christmas; and his brother, John Leslie Christmas, Jr.
Survivors include his wife, Vivian Liles Christmas of Waycross; one sister, Merry C. Edgar of Jacksonville, FL; niece, Lindy Malsky; nephew, Ricky Edgar; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Betty Christmas, Eddie Liles (Diana), Joeann Carter (Vance), Janice Dowling (Jimmy), and Wesley Liles (Deneen); and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday (October 27, 2019) at the Music Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 1 p.m. Sunday.
