Sarah, daughter of Wm. Curtis of Hazlet, died last Sunday quite suddenly, at the age of 12 years, 2 months.
She had recovered from an attack of diphtheria but inflammation of the bowels set in and carried her off. She was the second child Mr. Curtis has lost within a short time and her death was a heavy blow to the afflicted parents.
A short service was read at the grave in Green Grove Cemetery, last Tuesday afternoon, but Reverend E. Mead will hold a memorial service in the Reformed Church Sunday morning, March 11th.
