Edward McSherry Spalding of Littlestown, died at his home Thursday afternoon from infirmities, after a few days illness, aged 92 years. He was born near Spalding's schoolhouse, a son of Henry and Maria Spalding. His wife died about 13 years ago. Surviving him are the following children; Rev. James Spalding, O.S.B., Spangler, M.J. Spalding, New York; Sister Sylvia, Mirillaz Seminary, Normandy, MO; and Misses Regina and Addie Spalding, at home. He was the last member of his family.
