John Borden was the son of Benjamin Borden and Zeruriah Winter.
He married Anne Hawkins, the daughter of Philemon Hawkins and Ann Eleanor Howard.
It is unknown when Anne died, but she was born about 1717 in New Jersey, United States.
John and Anne had eight children, according to the William and Mary Quarterly journal.
