Leon Lawrence "Larry" Cain, Jr., was born in Birmingham, AL, on April 11, 1950 to Leon L. Cain and Frances Griffin Cain. He served in the Air Force from 1970 to 1974. He was a member of Retail Clerks Union where he served as Shop Steward. He is a member of DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution).

Mr. Cain is survived by his wife, Brenda K. Cain; son, Steven L. Cain; son, Michael A. Cain; daughter in law, Jamie A. Cain; daughter in law, Georgia L. Cain; grandson Christopher A. Woolman; grandson, Maddox A. Cain; grandson, Kenneth L. Woolman; grandson, Ryan D. Woolman; and great granddaughter, Khloe Ritchie.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 9, 2019, from 10:30 to 11:00 AM, at Faith Chapel Funeral Home South. Memorial Services will follow at 11:00 AM. Pastor John F. Edwards will be officiating.
Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Daughtry, John Michaelek, Jason Cain, Ira Cain, Jim Hassell, Bill Driscall, Nathan Edwards, Butch Estes, Trevor Daughtry and John Smith.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or Folds of Glory.
