Mr. Agee was a former Pettis countian and many years ago was engaged in the mercantile business at Dresden, later going to Wheatland, MO, where he resided for a term of years. During the past several years he had made his home in Kansas City.

Surviving him are two sons, James A and Lee Agee, in the real estate business at Kansas City, a son, P. Y. Agee, of Oklahoma, who, up to twenty or more years ago, was employed at the St. Louis clothing store in this city, and a daughter, Mrs Ida Robertson, also making her home in Oklahoma.
The remains will be brought to Dresden Friday morning and the funeral will be held there at 11 o'clock on that day.
Interment will be in the Dresden Cemetery.
