Howard Lynn "Boo" Creel, age 69 of Joppa passed away Thursday, October 10, 2019, at his residence. Mr. Creel was born March 22, 1950 in Cullman County to Roland Robert Creel and Mary Sims Creel.
He is survived by Son: Shannon Lynn Creel and Cassie of Holly Pond, Daughter: Shasta Creel of TN; Sisters: Margaret McLeod of Arab and Joan Harper and Ricky of Joppa; Brother: Wayne Creel & Willene of Priceville; Sister-in-law: Brenda Creel of Joppa; Grandchildren: Hunner Creel, Keishaun Creel, Keinghston Baskin and Hailee Creel; Great Grandchildren: Eli Sandifer and Layten Brown. Host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends. Preceded in death by his parents: Roland Creel and Mary Creel Burks, Brother: Jerrel Creel.
Funeral Service will be 3:00 pm Sunday, October 13, 2019, at the Union Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Holly Pond with John Minyard officiating, Graveside committal by J.T. Scott with burial in the adjoining cemetery.
Pallbearers: Chris Tipton, Cody Tipton, Connor Tipton, Lynn Harper, Pete Winn and Leon Creel
Visitation will be Sunday October 13, 2019 from 1 p.m. until service time at 3 p.m. at the Union Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 2760 County Road 1742; Holly Pond, AL 35083
