Imogene Wallace Carroll was born November 8, 1953 in Clinton County, Ky., the daughter of the late William and Rena Wallace. She departed this life Saturday evening, September 9, 2017 at her home reaching an age of 64 years.
On November 4, 1996 she united in marriage with Jimmy Carroll who precedes her in death. Surviving are her children Crystal Foster, Jamie (Cassie), Dickie, and Jimmy Wallace; her step-children Candie (Danny) Gilmore, and Chris Carroll; her siblings Bill, James (Salley), Bobby (Lori), and Virgil Wallace, Mary (Junior) Neal, Mary (Arthur), and Ruby Cooper.
Also surviving are her grandchildren Kyle, Shandra, and Mark Gilmore, Darian, Noah, and Jalen Carroll, Harrison, Jamison, Kaylee and Madalynn Wallace, Breanna and Natalie Lower, Zachary and Kylie Foster. She is preceded in death by her siblingsEdna Abbott, Henry, B, Ernest, and Arnold Wallace.
She has accepted Christ as her Savior and was a member of the Living Faith Pentecostal Church. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, September 15, 2017 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Leonard Carroll and Bro. Kelvin Upchurch officiating. Burial was in the Elk Spring Cemetery. Hickey and Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
