Frances L. Horn, age 87, of Doran, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at her home.
Frances was born on September 19, 1932 in Russell County, Virginia to the late Clyde S. and Rosie Stump Hurt. She was a retired caregiver and a member of the Richlands Church of God. She was a lifelong resident of the area.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, H.D. Horn; one daughter, Linda Horn; two brothers, Dan and Carl Hurt; and one son-in-law, Paul Gillespie.

Funeral services for Frances L. Horn will be conducted at 2 PM on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands, Virginia with the Reverend Monty Elswick officiating. Interment will follow at Greenhills Memory Gardens in Claypool Hill, Virginia. Pallbearers will be Bryant Wade, Josh Sayers, Zach Taylor, Brandon Cole, Jeff Keen and Brandon Wade. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until the time of the service on Tuesday afternoon.
