Priscilla Mason was a daughter of Major John Mason and his wife, Anne (Peck) Mason. She was married 8 Oct 1664 in Norwich, Connecticut to the Reverend James Fitch (1622-1702), as his second wife, his first wife, Abigail (Whitfield) Fitch, having died.

Priscilla and her husband were among the founders of Norwich and Lebanon, Connecticut. She is identified as being a resident of Lebanon on 20 Mar 1710 when she signed a quit claim deed turning over her interest in land originally owned by her "honored father" Major John Mason which he had purchased from Uncas, sachem of the Mohegan tribe, and his brother, Wawequay [sic].
