Donald Lee Selsor age 77 of Oronogo, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin. He was born in Webb City, Missouri on February 27, 1942 to Chester Selsor and Hazel (Dickson) Selsor. Don worked at Eagle Picher for 41 years before his retirement. He graduated from Carl Junction High School. Don loved to hunt, fish, bowl and work with his cattle. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gary Selsor. Don is survived by his brother, Dale Selsor of Chattanooga, Tennessee; nieces, Amy Maples and husband Jeff of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and their children, Isiah, Ashton, and Emelia; and Amber Lewis and husband Harold of Webb City, and their children, Alisa and Sidney; along with numerous other extended family members. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 7, 2019 at Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City at 2:00 PM. The family will be present for visitation on Monday from 1:00 PM until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow services in Oronogo Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be given to the First Baptist Church of Webb City Youth Group in his memory. Services are under the direction of Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City.
