Mrs. Arnold was born in 1951, in Fayetteville, North Carolina, to James Patterson Hamilton and Gladys Sports. She has been a resident of the coast since 2014 and was a member of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband, Chester L. Arnold, III, a daughter Emily Ann Arnold, two sons, Timothy Paul Arnold and Jeremey L. Milano.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2019, at 11:30 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery, in Biloxi, MS.
