Betty Jane Hall, age 79, of Omaha, Texas, passed away Monday, September 30, 2019, in Omaha. Jane was born October 16, 1939 in Dallas, Texas to Francis W. Lake and Letha Grace Dean Lake.

Jane was a member at Concord Missionary Baptist Church in Omaha, Texas. She graduated from Mesquite High School and attended East Texas State University in Commerce. Jane worked as a secretary at Dunn and Bradstreet in Dallas, Texas. Upon moving to Omaha she worked at Pewitt CISD as a teacher’s aide and worked at East Texas Clinic as a medical secretary. She enjoyed playing card games, spending time with family, going to church, and shopping. In her younger years, she enjoyed dancing and square dancing.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Deanie Bedell.

Survivors include her husband, Thad Lee Hall of Omaha; two sons and daughters-in-law, Terry and Kelly Hall of Conroe, Texas, and Thad Louis and Margaret Hall of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; two sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Patricia and Bill Goolsby of Kingwood, Texas, and Betty and Ross White of Beaumont, Texas; five grandchildren, Hudson Hall, Hayden Hall, Lance Hall and wife Megan, Louis Hall, Frank Hall, and Grace Hall; one great-granddaughter, Adaline Hall.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, October 3, 2019 at Concord Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Nolan Richey officiating. Interment will follow at Omaha Cemetery in Omaha.
