Died, Mrs. Mary M. Roush, at her daughter's home Sunday morning, aged 86. Funeral services took place Tuesday at 11 o'clock at the Congregational church. The remains were interred in the Freeport cemetery."

Besides the eleven children linked below, John & Mary Magdalena Roush had another son, Isaac Miller Roush, who was born 24 Aug. 1837 in Scott Twp., Sandusky Co., OH and died 18 July 1896 in Detroit, Marion Co., OR. His burial place is unknown.
