Bertha Boulanger, 90, passed away peacefully Sunday, September 22nd, 2019 in Owasso, OK.

Mrs. Boulanger, daughter of Charles and Flora Jane Evans, was born February 15th, 1929 in Stone Bluff, OK. Her family moved to Ochelata, OK where she attended school. Bertha married Joe Bean and the couple made their home in Ochelata where they raised three daughters.

She retired from Phillips Petroleum in Bartlesville following 25 years of service. Bertha married Dean Boulanger in 1995 and the couple celebrated 16 years together until his death in 2011.

Bertha’s infectious smile was her trademark and she wore it often. She loved being with family and her love extended to every stray cat or dog that was fortunate enough to cross her path.

Mrs. Boulanger is survived by daughters Linda Vincent of Bartlesville, Janet Dillingham of Bartlesville and Susan Bean of Ochelata. Grandchildren: Troy Vincent, Johnny Vincent, Tanya Dillingham, David Dillingham, Jennifer Cage, Jamie Allen, Jordan Sellmeyer and several great grandchildren.

Bertha was preceded in death by her husband Dean Boulanger, her parents, five brothers, one sister and son-in-law Fred Dillingham, LCDR., U.S. Navy.
