GLENDALE, Ariz. - N. Clifford Baker, 64, of 6610 N. 61st Ave., Glendale, died after suffering a heart attack while visiting his daughter. A native of Altus, Okla., he came to Phoenix in 1923 and went to work as a zanjero for the Salt River Project. He was currently supervisor of transmission for the project and was set to retire in August.

Spouse - Myra Twitty Baker.
Sons - N.C. Baker, Jr. of Phoenix and Charles Baker of Oakland, Calif.
Daughter - Mrs. Richard Baney of Glendale.
