His favorite past time was dancing, he danced every chance he got. He spent most of his life as a mechanic, he enjoyed working on cars, farming, fishing, and growing a garden.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 43 years Helen Goodwin, his daughter Linda Holmes, and his grandson Aaron Goodwin.
He is survived by his sons, Roger Goodwin (Pat) of Searcy, Allen Goodwin (Mary) of Pangburn, Lee Goodwin (Lillian) of McRae, and Danny Goodwin (Rebecca) of Mayflower; 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
The family will have memorial services 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Kensett First Baptist Church.
