He attended East Walnut School and graduated from Binger Public School in 1940. He lived in the East Walnut area in his early years. He married Faye Duncan on December 18, 1943 in Anadarko. The two moved to the Hinton-Lookeba are in January of 1963. He was a farmer all his life.
Survivors include four daughters, Kathy Cook, Jonna Arnold, and Connie Gray of Hydro, and Debbie Findley of Hinton, one son, Larry Arnold of El Reno; one sister, Josephine Dickson of Anadarko; one sister-in-law, JoAnn Duncan of Kingfisher.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Faye, and one sister, Alice Anderson.
