Billings P. Learned, president of the Union Bank, and one of the wealthiest and most prominent townsmen of Albany, died suddenly on Wednesday morning. Mr. Learned never filled any public office, but was held in universal esteem for his charities and personal traits of character. Three daughter and one son Billings P. Learned, Jr., of New York, survive him.
