Funeral services for Lloyd Benson McSpadden 1421 South Allegheny will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday in the Assembly of God Church.

McSpadden, 67 died Tuesday at Medical Center Hospital following an illness of about 10 days.

Rev. M.D. Williams, pastor of First Assembly of God Church, will officiate, assisted by Rev. Joe White, pastor of Vine Avenue Baptist Church.

Burial will be Resthaven Cemetery, Midland, directed by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home here.

McSpadden was retired tank setter for Black Sivalls and Bryson, Inc.

He was born Sept. 28, 1896, in Liberty Hill, and was married Dec. 20, 1917, in Lamesa to Annabelle Jones.

The family moved to Odessa in 1937 from McCamey, McSpadden was a member of the McCamey Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, a son Billy J. McSpadden, 1112 Santa Rosa; a daughter, Peggy Richards, Corning, Calif.; a brother, Howard McSpadden, Lamesa; three sisters, Mrs. S. B. Costin, Lamesa; Mrs. Harold Howard, Gainesville, and Mrs. Grover Watkins, Beaumont, and eight grandchildren.
