Surviving are her husband of ten years, Michael; her son, Joel Rodriguez (Chrissy) and daughter, Bethany Balwinski (Brandon); her parents, Bonnie Jean and David Horne, Thomas (Molly) Wahr; grandparents, Hank and Donna Jean Hendrickson; brothers, sisters, brothers in law, sisters in law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Billie Jean attended Calvary Church, Muskegon. She devoted many years to helping those in need with physical or mental disabilities.

An Informal Memorial Service will be held Friday at 4:30 PM at Calvary Church, 5873 Kendra, Fruitport, Muskegon, 49415. The family will receive visitors one hour prior. Memorial contributions toward her children's education c/o the Balwinski Family will be appreciated.
